Merchant toolkit

Everything you need to help your customers split the cost at checkout.

Getting started

Partnerships that flow together, grow together. Here's everything you need to integrate Paysquad smoothly and successfully.

The perfect balance of business and party.

If Paysquad was a haircut, we’d be a reverse mullet. Our brand might be a party at the front, but at the back? It’s straight down to business. In fact, merchants that offer Paysquad attract an average of 6 new customers with every group transaction.

But it takes a skilled operator (or hairdresser!) to balance business with party. Thankfully this kit has everything you’ll need.

Marketing guidelines

Paysquad is worth shouting about, so you'll probably want to. Maybe even run a competition. Here are a few rules to play by.

  1. Stay true to the brand. Whether you're creating a post, hosting an event, or running a contest, make sure your messaging matches our tone and voice. We're friendly, fun, and inclusive, so speak to people like you would a good friend. Avoid corporate jargon and anything too formal.
  2. Highlight the value. Make it clear how Paysquad makes life easier. Focus on our buy now, pay together solution: how it brings people together, and what it saves, like time, admin headaches, and the hassle of chasing everyone for money.
  3. Be clear on the rules. If you're running a competition or giveaway, make sure participants know exactly what's required. Lay out the guidelines simply. Skip the legalese, but cover the essentials like eligibility, timeframes, and how winners will be notified.
  4. Create engaging content. Use visuals, real-life scenarios, and stories that show how Paysquad works. Photos of friends getting together, videos of the checkout experience, or testimonials from users are gold. People relate to people, so make Paysquad relatable.
  5. Keep it fun. Bring some energy to everything you do. Paysquad makes group payments easy and enjoyable, so let that show. Throw in a pun, celebrate the milestones, and keep things light.

Alternative

The preferred option is, well, preferred. But what matters most is that customers can clearly see and read it, so always use the version with the best contrast on your site.

Info modal

Use this modal on your product detail pages so people know they can pay with Paysquad. Use the "On page" version on the page, and the "Modal" version for the expanded view.
