Refunds are handled through the Flicket and Paysquad integration. When a ticket refund is approved, only the base ticket amount is refunded to the payment used to buy that ticket. Merchant, partner and Paysquad fees are retained. Cancelling a ticket or squad does not, by itself, mean a refund has been issued.
Merchandise requires a separate Paysquad eCommerce integration, such as Shopify or WooCommerce. Ticket add-ons are not supported in the initial Flicket release. Talk to Paysquad about connecting your merchandise store separately.
